These Terms of Use apply to your use of the website nextfind.eu (the “website”), run by NextFind (“NextFind”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

1. What the website is

The website presents NextFind, a Telegram bot (@vinted_trackerbot) that watches the Vinted searches you send to it and notifies you in Telegram when new listings match. The website itself is informational: it has no accounts and sells nothing.

2. The bot has its own terms

Using the bot — including the free trial, plans, payments and support — is governed by the bot’s own terms, which you can read in the bot via /terms. If those terms and these terms differ on anything to do with the bot, the bot’s terms apply.

3. Independence from Vinted

NextFind is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vinted. “Vinted” is a trademark of its owner and is used on this website only to describe what the service works with.

4. Your purchases

NextFind only tells you about listings. It does not sell items and is not a party to any transaction. Buying, selling and everything else happens on Vinted, under Vinted’s own terms. We are not responsible for sellers, the content of listings, or the condition, price or availability of items.

5. Using the website

You may use the website for your personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
• copy, scrape or automatically collect the website’s content in bulk;
• use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms other people;
• present yourself as NextFind or suggest that you are connected to us when you are not.

6. Our content

The website’s texts, design, illustrations and the NextFind name and logo belong to NextFind. You may share links to the website and quote short parts of it, but you may not copy it as a whole or reuse its design without our permission. Product photos shown in demos belong to their authors and are used under their licences.

7. Links to other services

The NextFind bot runs on Telegram, an external platform we don’t control; Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it. The bot itself is governed by its own terms (see section 2). The website may also link to other websites, whose own terms and privacy policies apply once you open them.

8. No guarantees

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate, up to date and online, but we don’t guarantee that it is always complete, error-free or available. We may change, pause or remove any part of the website at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NextFind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, or from your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional harm or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy

How the website handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and disputes are handled by the competent Slovak courts. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and can bring a claim there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If we don’t enforce a part of these terms straight away, that doesn’t mean we give up the right to do so later.
